About

Hi, I'm Baylee, the owner and operator of BayBakes LLC. I've been working in the food industry since 2013. My love for pastry all started in a mom and pop shop in the quaint little town of Saint George Utah. I attended Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts  in Austin, Texas and graduated with a pastry arts degree in 2017. 

 

Since then I've been honing my skills as a pastry chef by working in small shops to mass production for catering companies and catering weddings and large scale events. 

 

I worked at Facebook in Austin Texas serving hundreds of people a day for lunch and snack times. I spent over a year in Jackson, Wyoming as lead pastry chef at Amangani resort serving up plated desserts and a rotational seasonal menu. 

 

Now I'm running my own business out of my home in Cedar Park, Texas while working in another field entirely. Pastry continues to call to me and I've finally answered that call.
